02 Initial Interview
Should you meet the requirements for the position, our HR contact will reach out to coordinate an initial phone interview at a convenient time. During this meeting, we will speak about the role, the company, your past experiences and answer any questions you might have!
03 Formal Interviews
Select candidates will receive a formal invitation to meet with Strive representatives for an in-person or video interview. To ensure you are a good fit for Strive and we are a good fit for you, you should expect to return for multiple interviews as part of the process. These interviews can held be with staff members of all levels of the company, we ask all candidates to be prepared for a rigorous interview process.
04 Employment Offer
You’re a match! Strive has concluded that you will be a valuable asset to the business and a great fit to our team! A representative from Strive will contact you with a job offer and to discuss next steps. Once accepted by all parties, we strive on and work towards our company goals together!
