This is a new position
Salary range: $47,500 to $75,000
We are seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to be primarily responsible for the review, processing, and approval of mortgage documentation, ensuring strict adherence to Strive’s residential mortgage underwriting policy, procedures, and applicable guidelines.
What You’ll Do
- Review documentation for completeness in accordance with Strive policies and procedures.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience in every interaction.
- Build, maintain and enhance customer service levels while mitigating potential misrepresentation.
- Instruct and manage closing administration.
- Develop strong working relationships with Underwriters, Sales, and Funding teams.
- Manage pipeline through daily review and follow-up to collect outstanding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of the QA program.
- Continuously learn, grow, and adapt in your role.
- Collaborate and actively participate with the Strive team.
- Stay current with policy and procedure updates.
Regulatory
Complete all mandatory training, including:
- Regulatory
- Privacy
- Compliance and risk management
- AML/ATF
- Quality Assurance
- Act at all times within Strive’s RMUP risk appetite
Confidentiality
Maintain employee, customer, and partner confidentiality as outlined in Strive’s Employee Handbook.
What You Bring
- Previous mortgage industry experience (asset).
- Working knowledge of PC software in a Windows environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet turnaround times.
